Wear-resistant rubber hose is designed for gold mining, river sand mining, dredging, tailings transportation and sand pump discharge lines. Hose selection should follow the pump outlet, discharge distance and abrasion level. Clean water transfer and slurry discharge should not be treated as the same job.
Product Description
Hose for Abrasive Slurry. Gold mining and dredging sites move slurry containing sand, gravel and silt. A standard water hose may wear quickly, so the discharge line is selected by abrasion level and pressure.
Pump Package Matching. The hose can be matched with WSA horizontal sand pumps, diesel engine power options and slurry pump wear parts.
For an accurate quote, send the product name, quantity, river depth or working site, material condition, discharge distance, power source and destination country. Photos or short videos of the site are useful when the buyer is not sure which model to choose.

Abrasion-Resistant Mining Hose for Pump Discharge
Machen supplies wear-resistant rubber mining hose for sand pump and slurry pump discharge lines. It is intended for duties where water carries sand or mineral solids and a general water hose would wear too quickly. The hose is matched with the confirmed pump outlet and working route rather than selected from diameter alone.
We ask where every section will be installed. Flexible discharge sections, bends and frequently moved areas often experience different wear from a straight fixed line. Suction positions require a separately confirmed construction and must not be assumed from this discharge product.

Factory Matching for Rubber Slurry Hose
For a new pump package, Machen matches the pump, diesel engine, pulley, discharge hose and initial spare parts in one order. For a replacement hose, send the old hose markings, end-connection photos, dimensions and failure position. A failed bend, coupling area or repeatedly dragged section may require a different layout, not simply another identical length.

We can identify a starting diameter, but a firm selection also needs the slurry, distance, lift, bends, pressure requirement and connection method.
Is this hose suitable for a suction line?
Suction suitability must be confirmed separately. Send the exact installation position so the required reinforcement and vacuum resistance can be checked.
