Mining Hose & Slurry Transfer Hose Supplier
Machen Machinery supplies water hose and wear-resistant mining hose for pump discharge, irrigation, mine dust control, dredging and gold mining slurry transfer. Hose selection should follow the pump outlet, discharge distance and abrasion level. Clean water transfer and slurry discharge should not be treated as the same job.
Product Description
Hose Matched to the Pump Duty. Water transfer and slurry transfer should not use the same hose blindly. Plastic-coated water hose is practical for clean water and temporary water supply, while rubber wear-resistant hose is preferred for abrasive slurry discharge.
Product Range. Plastic-coated water hose covers 1 to 8 inch sizes. Wear-resistant gold mining hose can be matched by outlet diameter, pressure, slurry abrasion and discharge distance.
For an accurate quote, send the product name, quantity, river depth or working site, material condition, discharge distance, power source and destination country. Photos or short videos of the site are useful when the buyer is not sure which model to choose.
| Water Hose | PVC-coated hose, 1 to 8 inch |

| Mining Hose | Wear-resistant rubber hose, OEM size |
| Applications | Irrigation, water supply, slurry discharge, dredging, gold mining |
Field Selection Guide
For African gold mining pump packages, mining hose should be selected together with pump outlet size, diesel engine power, discharge distance and slurry abrasion. If the hose is too small or too light for sand slurry, the pump may lose flow and the site may stop for replacement.
Read the practical guide: Rubber Hose for Gold Mining Pump Packages in Africa. Buyers who also need wear parts can compare slurry pump parts and replacement planning for gold mining sites.

Mining Hose Supplied with Sand and Slurry Pump Packages
Shandong Machen Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. supplies mining hose as part of complete WSA and LSA pump packages. We match the hose after the pump model and pipeline duty are confirmed. A line carrying abrasive sand slurry needs a different construction from a temporary line carrying clean or low-abrasion water.
Our hose range is divided into two practical groups: wear-resistant rubber hose for abrasive discharge and PVC-coated flat water hose for site water transfer. We do not recommend one hose for every position. Suction service, pressure discharge, bends, road crossings and frequent movement must be identified before the order is confirmed.
| Pipeline duty | Recommended product direction | Factory confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Abrasive sand or mineral slurry discharge | Abrasion-resistant rubber mining hose | Pump outlet, solids, line length, lift, bends and connection |
| Clean water or low-abrasion site water | PVC flat water hose | Diameter, working route, pressure requirement and coupling |
| Open-pit, sump or river-side dewatering | Selected by the actual water and solids | Use the mine dewatering hose checklist |
| Suction line near the pump inlet | Separate suction-rated construction | Vacuum resistance and reinforcement must be confirmed |
How Machen Matches a Mining Hose Order
Start with the pump and the material
We first check the pump model, inlet and outlet size, expected flow, medium and largest particles. The words “mining hose” are not enough to identify the required construction. Clean water, muddy water, fine sand slurry and gravel-bearing slurry create different wear and operating risks.
Review the complete pipeline
Horizontal distance, vertical lift, bends and elevation changes affect pipeline resistance. We also ask which sections will move during operation and whether vehicles or equipment cross the route. These details influence hose length, section layout and protection.
Confirm connections before production
Send clear photos or drawings of the pump outlet, flange, clamp or coupling. Machen checks the connection method for every hose section and lists loose flanges, clamps or other agreed fittings in the quotation. Connection parts are not assumed from hose diameter alone.
Prepare a serviceable shipment
For remote mining sites, one spare discharge section and the required connection consumables can be shipped with the pump. The final quantity should reflect daily operating hours, route movement and international replacement lead time.
Slurry Transfer Hose and Yellow Line Requests
Buyers sometimes request a “yellow line slurry transfer hose.” Color or a local trade name does not establish abrasion resistance, reinforcement or working pressure. Machen confirms the carried material, pump data, pipeline route and connection first, then identifies whether a wear-resistant rubber hose is suitable.
For abrasive gold-mining discharge, use the gold mining rubber hose order guide. For pump matching, review the WSA horizontal sand pump and send the intended hose route with the inquiry.
Information Required for a Mining Hose Quotation
- Pump model, outlet size, expected flow and head if available.
- Material carried: clean water, muddy water, sand slurry or mineral slurry.
- Largest particle size and estimated solids concentration.
- Total horizontal distance, vertical lift, bends and planned section lengths.
- Suction or discharge position for each section.
- Required connection type, photos or dimensions of existing fittings.
- Quantity, destination country and required shipment date.
Mining Hose FAQ
Can PVC flat hose carry abrasive slurry?
Our PVC-coated flat hose is positioned for clean or low-abrasion water transfer. Abrasive sand and mineral slurry normally require a wear-resistant rubber construction selected for the actual duty.
Can the same hose be used on pump suction and discharge?
Not automatically. A suction line must resist collapse under vacuum, while a discharge line is selected for internal pressure and abrasion. Each position must be stated in the inquiry.
Does hose diameter always equal the pump outlet size?
The pump outlet is the starting point, but flow, solids velocity, line length and fittings also matter. Machen confirms the complete pump and pipeline before fixing the hose specification.

Buyer FAQ
How is mining hose selected for a pump package?
Hose selection depends on pump outlet size, discharge distance, slurry abrasiveness, pressure and field layout.
Can hose be supplied with pumps and engines?
Yes. Hose, pump, diesel engine and spare parts can be supplied as one matched package.
