PVC Flat Water Hose for Mining Sites
Plastic-coated water hose is used for agricultural irrigation, engineering water supply, garden sprinkling and mine dust control. Hose selection should follow the pump outlet, discharge distance and abrasion level. Clean water transfer and slurry discharge should not be treated as the same job.

Field Water Transfer. The hose uses a polyester fiber woven layer with PVC coating to support light handling, practical pressure resistance and temporary site water transfer.
Recommended Use. Use this hose for clean water or low-abrasion water delivery. For sand, gravel and tailings slurry, select the wear-resistant rubber hose instead.
For an accurate quote, send the product name, quantity, river depth or working site, material condition, discharge distance, power source and destination country. Photos or short videos of the site are useful when the buyer is not sure which model to choose.

PVC Flat Water Hose for Mining Sites
Machen supplies PVC-coated flat hose for clean water and low-abrasion water transfer around mining and gold-washing sites. The product uses a polyester woven layer with a PVC coating and is available in the listed 1-8 inch range. It can be rolled for transport and temporary field routing.
This product is not presented as an abrasive slurry hose. When water contains sand, gravel or mineral solids, send the material information so Machen can check whether the wear-resistant rubber mining hose is the correct direction.

How Machen Confirms a Water Hose Order
Provide the pump outlet, required diameter, total route, vertical lift and connection type. State whether the line handles clean water, muddy water or water containing solids. We also need the required working-pressure basis; no pressure rating should be assumed from the hose size or appearance.

Can this flat hose replace rubber slurry hose?
Not for abrasive service by default. PVC flat hose and wear-resistant rubber hose have different duties, so the carried material must be confirmed first.
