Slurry Pump Casing Replacement
Pump casing is a wear-resistant replacement component for WSA 4-16 inch sand pump systems used in abrasive slurry applications. For remote mining sites, spare parts is planned before the pump leaves China. Casing, impeller, second section and pulley are repeat replacement items in abrasive slurry work.
Product Description
Wear Part for Abrasive Slurry. The casing contains the slurry flow and receives continuous impact from abrasive particles. Casing quality affects service life, leakage risk and maintenance frequency.
Replacement Inquiry. Send pump model, outlet size, existing casing photos, material requirement and quantity.
For an accurate quote, send the product name, quantity, river depth or working site, material condition, discharge distance, power source and destination country. Photos or short videos of the site are useful when the buyer is not sure which model to choose.

WSA Slurry Pump Casing Replacement
Machen manufactures cast replacement casings for confirmed WSA sand and slurry pump models. The casing contains the wet-end flow path and must match the inlet, outlet, bolt positions, adjoining section and impeller profile.
Visible leakage, local grooves or wall thinning can indicate casing wear, but the complete wet end should be inspected before ordering. Running condition, material and pump speed help explain whether the wear is normal or unusually rapid.
| Matching item | Information required |
|---|---|
| Pump identity | WSA model, nameplate and outlet size |
| Connection geometry | Inlet/outlet dimensions, bolt-hole positions and flange photos |
| Internal profile | Photos of the flow path and the matching impeller |
| Material and duty | Required casting material, slurry and largest particles |
| Order planning | Quantity, destination and required schedule |
Casing Production and Repeat Supply
Casing work passes through casting, machining of connection surfaces, fit checking and shipment preparation. Confirmed model and dimension records support later repeat orders for mine operators and equipment dealers.
Check the matching slurry pump impeller and second section, or return to the slurry pump spare parts center.
Pump Casing FAQ
Is outlet size enough to identify a pump casing?
No. Model, inlet and outlet geometry, bolt positions and the matching internal components must also agree.
What should be photographed before removing the old casing?
Photograph the complete pump, nameplate, inlet and outlet, bolt layout, adjoining sections and internal wear. These images preserve installation details that may be lost after disassembly.
